High Flow Water Filter Element (FST-NHF-1~100 microns)

A new type of product which is developed according to the specification parameters of large flow folding filter element of PALL:RFP050-40N/PX-L,3M: HIGHFLOW, PARKER: ParMax Select series, is made of pp membrane and supporting layer inside and outside the screen, and the shell of filter core. The center rod and end cover are processed by hot-melt welding technology, no leakage, no secondary pollution.

Characteristiscs:

Large flow microporous membrane folding filter element has outstanding chemical compatibility.

The membrane is foldable deep filtration, the membrane filtration area is large, the pressure difference is low, the fouling capacity is strong, the service life is long, and the filtering accuracy is balanced and stable.

The design of sealing interface reduces the risk of side flow, improves filtration efficiency, easy installation, and low labor cost.

The maximum pressure drop: Folding ultrafine glassfiber 3.4Bar at 121℃, folding deep microfiltration polypropylene(PP) 3.4Bar at 82℃, melt-blown polyproplene 1.03Bar at 65 ℃.

Replacement pressure differential: 35psi (2.4Bar) maximum at 20℃.

Recommended maximum filtering water flow: 20 inch, 660LPM; 40 inch, 1300LPM; 60 inch, 1900LPM.
