Product Description Molded EPDM Rubber Seals 1. Materials advice:silicone and rubber (EPDM, also NBR, SI, HNBR, SBR, CR, BR, IIR, NR, etc),as your request.
2. Application: automotive, machinery, bathroom facilities, household electrical appliances etc.
3. Certifications: All manufacturing processes confirm to ISO9001-2008 standard.
4. Rapid development line, from drawing, new tool designs to mold support and samples.
5. According to your drawing or samples.
6. Color: black, transparent, green, red, yellow, etc
7 .Hardness: 30 to 90 shore A or IRHD, tolerance can be ±5 shore A, for some special products, we can reach ±3 shore A tolerance.
8. High QA/QC system: excellent chemical and physical property, high/low temperature resistance, oil and fuel, water, weathering and Ozone resistance etc.

We have our own Rubber Products workshop, we can test the mold before ship the mold to customer. 6. We are currently making molds for Japan, Italy, UK, USA, Canada, South Asia companies. 7.
